All in all, good bar b q. The location is very clean and looks brand new. It would have been nice to sit on the expansive patio,... but they wouldn't let us. I guess that's just for appearances. The BBQ chicken is good and so are the sides. The brisket was alittle over cooked. They use sweet pickles for the fried pickles, so steer clear of them. This is why I took one star off. Food was good. Ordered off the lunch menu and it was plenty of food. We wound up paying $25 including tip, and water for drinks,... which is not bad for lunch in a tourist town. Burnt Ends are mouthwatering bites of joy for your mouth. Catfish wasn't fresh / hot but the batter and sauce complimented this... dish. Also had my taste buds burst with Bread Pudding dessert. This place is pretty loud and busy, but if you're into that atmosphere you won't be disappointed. We ordered burger and nachos.... I love good food and very picky, and I wasn't disappointed especially for a reasonable price. Interior and staff was good aswell. Read more

Wow. Our server Robert see picture included was his first night with Famous Dave’s you would never have known it, he was... engaging caring always making eye contact, very upbeat solid knowledge of the meal items, of which we had chicken Caesar salad,stripped pork salad and a regular and fries all of which where perfect and brought to us in a timely manor in spite of a fullhouse. After the meal Robert offers deserts which I always turn down, but not tonight.
