Hi I ordered cake for my husband?s birthday when I received the writing on it was so baad that you can?t even read .. after a... month later I went to order my son?s cake I requested them that I want proper handwriting for his cake, the employer got mad atme told me to leave the store. I complained to head quarters and owner called me and offer me $5 off on my next purchase. Theowner and employees don?t know how to do customer service. This happen to me 2 years ago.
