Completely love our 36 in built in new grill (and outdoor fridge). We have had 5-6 bbq parties in the last 8 weeks and the... grilled food has been awesome. My hubby insists on grilling nearly every day for our fam, as well. The first question we haveis, what is the best protocol for cleaning our BBQ unit, and are there tutorial videos that you can share so we do it right?Secondly, should we bring the fridge in over the winter months to prevent extreme cold exposure in Southern Ontario? I have had my 36? Crown Verity for more than 20 years. It is absolutely the best product I have ever purchased. It is... manufactured to perfection and still no rust anywhere and I do cover it when not in use. We all read reviews of products amonth or so after purchase but not 20 years later, that's unusual. If I ever need to replace my existing gill I will definitelybuy another Crown Verity. I just bought the Charcoal try and loooove it. Read more

I've had my grill for several years and it is time to change the burners. The grill is great, my issue is with shipping... times/customer service. I had to call after a week to follow up on my order and they told me it would be a week before theyshipped it out. I asked if it was a stocking issue and it wasn't. So two weeks to send out my parts, which is an unreasonabletime frame in my opinion. I honestly wouldn't even have written a review if the lady I spoke with on the phone wasn't so rude tome. Additionally, prior to my order I had questions about the parts needed and I still haven't heard a response to thate-mail. So great grill, terrible customer service. Read more

Crown Verity makes the best grill you can get. This 36" grill has been with my family since 1996 and was passed down to me. It's... put in the work to feed a family for the past 25 years and it still looks brand new! It heats up quickly and has extremelyconsistent heat across the entire grill. Also, since the grill is 304 stainless steel top to bottom, it doesn't corrode andcleans up easily. I was lucky enough to have this grill passed down to me only because the 36" didn't fit in my family's newspace - they replaced this one with a new 30" and I know they'll have that one forever. Why buy a lesser grill that will needto be replaced when you can get a grill that will last longer than you will! Read more
