Update for Gino?s reply..I?m not lying nothing to lie about when you guys leave ur front door open middle of summer ik it?s hot... but if ur gonna open ur door get a cover for the pizza other reviews have the same bugs in the pizza. ripped off. Was charged $90 for two squares after ordering over the phone while reading off online and ordering the $28... squares. After calling to find out what happened and why it was so much we were hung up on. And when i called back I was told Iwasn?t hung up on and in fact this is what I ordered. When it wasn?t. I usually like this place, despite the extremely unhygienic practices. I especially liked their poutine, but this time the... treatment myself and my partner received was horrible, and so was the food. It was cold, tasted bad, and just entirely ruinedmy appetite. We were the first people in the building but the last to receive our single item order, even after anotherindividual, who arrived after us, received several pizzas. We waited close to 20 minutes in the extremely unclean, hot,cramped, seating-less space for our single poutine. One would think they would fill orders as they come in; but being the onlywhite people in the building and receiving our order last, despite ordering first, and receiving the food in the horrible stateit was in, I now believe that this place is very racially biased; and I really don't like having to say that. I witnessed theindividuals handling the food directly with un-gloved hands, (while also handling a cellphone the whole time), unclean andclearly very old tools (which were dropped on the very unclean floor), and there were insects everywhere; including all overtheir display pizzas. I've had poor experiences with this establishment before, receiving undercooked pizza crust and rudetreatment from the staff but today is definitely the last time I will be visiting. The food this time around was so inediblethat I consider it a total waste of my money and wait time. I absolutely do NOT recommend purchasing any food from here, if youcare about your health. The only decent thing to get from there are the big deal slices. 5.50 for 2 slices, pop and dip. I got a medium 3 topping walk... in special last night, with 2 pops and 2 dips, came to $20, the pizza wasn't even fully cooked. Very little crust. Mostly doughand toppings. No wonder why my pizza felt kind of heavy. Caught between wether to go back or not after this disappointment. Sucha waste. Read more
