I'll start by saying the food is good, as it always has been, but... I have not been to this location in a few years, and I've... noticed it has definitely changed hands. The current staff are incompetent, rude, and careless. I came in to get a slice beforegoing grocery shopping. The woman who served me had an ear piece in, and was on a call with her friend the whole time, shealmost forgot to give me my dip, and apparently the only way to pay at pizza pizza now is you HAVE to tip??? I couldn't paywithout choosing the tip option. Was not happy about that because she definitely did not deserve a tip at all. Also her friendshe was on the phone with? Came in while I was eating, they then spoke in a different language and she took her friend in theback like it was totally fine. Like, what????? Seriously unprofessional. I'd love to have my apparently REQUIRED tip refunded. Read more
If I could give ZERO, I would. I asked for coke ZERO and I got diet coke..without explanation. I asked for EASY ON THE SAUCE and... got TOO MUCH sauce. 2 of our pizzas were burnt. And the delivery driver broke open one of our cans of pop and left it on ourporch. Horrible service. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely appalled at the delivery and customer service of pizza pizza. We placed a... delivery order and when the delivery driver arrived he didn?t have a machine when we told him it would be on credit. He thenasked us to pay over the phone which we stated we weren?t comfortable with doing. So now it is 135 am and we have to wait up forthe delivery driver to go back to the store, grab another machine and come back to our place. There is a new born baby here andall we wanted to do was eat and go to sleep. When we called back to complain Tiffany the customer service lady stated that themachine wasn't working and just kept asking if we were ?refusing to pay?. No Tiffany, we were more than willing to pay, howeverthis was pizza pizzas mess up. My question is why were we not informed when the delivery driver called when he got here that themachine ?wasnt working? ? This is a complete inconvenience and a horrible experience. Dry cold pizza absolutely disgusting. I ordered online which was easy enough and went to pick it up. Stood in restaurant over... 30mins from time the pizza tracker told me it was ready. Place was not busy surprisingly but after finally getting the attentionof a staff member i finally got my cold pizza that had been sitting on the oven. Really a waste of money. Read more
