Came for my free birthday drink. 8 hours after my birthday. I honestly did not know the free reward was only on the exact date... of your birthday. I could?ve sworn you had a week or 2 to redeem unless they changed the rule. Anyways, the worker made thedrink. I went through the drive through, not knowing I had to pay and I didn?t have any spare money at the time, and the workerabsolutely refused to give the drink because my birthday passed. I ended up leaving because I didn?t have any spare money in thecar and the drink went into the garbage. What a waste, garbage service, and I?ve never been back since. If that?s how they treatloyal customers, then I?m glad I?m spending my hard earned money elsewhere. Read more

Went through the drive through the other night because I had the dog with me and the employee noticed this on the camera and... before I had a chance to ask her commented on the dog in a very jovial cheery manner and beat me to it asking if we wanted a("puppachino"?) for the dog.
