NOT happy at all. Went through the drive-thru for a milkshake and 3 blasts. When they were handed to us, the cups were warm and... the ice cream was liquid. The girl at the window appeared to be the manager and she totally got an attitude bc we wanted themremade. We spent $16 for milk basically! She offered no apologies and was completely irritated at me. I paid for a service thatwasn?t delivered. Place was dirty inside and none of the employees looked happy. Major issues and won?t be back! Last two times I?ve been buns have been harder than bricks. Like they?ve been left sitting out all day. Takes forever to get... food, even if you order ahead. There?s a lot of other fast food choices in this area, I would pick here last. Read more
Awful and overpriced. Paid $7.50 for a bonesless wing combo that had a tiny amount of chicken and it was mostly breading shake... from the bottom of the bag. Got a fritos burrito and the Fritos were beyond stale. No ketchup in bag for tots or ranch for thewings. Bad experience overall. Read more
If I could rate this establishment zero stars, I would. I placed an order for a large meal and received a small. She corrected... half of the order with an attitude. I pulled a few fries out of the bag to see a strand of hair on my STALE fries. I returnedto the store with my issue to politely request a refund, and she proceeds to throw the bag of food on the ground. Not tomention she was the MANAGER and didn?t even have a name tag for obvious reasons. I hope to see better management if I ever evendecide to return. Read more
