The service was good to start but my pizza came out a bit burnt - they apologized and I was fine with taking the pie as is. But... the manager Rash insisted they make me a new pizza pie fresh so that it would taste as it should and not be burnt. Made an order online since I was in a rush. I get there on time. No other customers at the counter. For minutes nobody greets... me. Then when they do, the order has not been started & it'll be ready in 5 minutes. 8 minutes later What is the point ofordering ahead if they won't start the order until I arrive? Had a service worker with his AirPods in during work. He ignored me when I asked six times. Calling his name all the way to the... cash register where he was at. Even two feet in front of me he had no regard for me or my presence. He then disappeared for tenminutes into the back only to reappear and ignore me again. Don?t say open unless you?re open. And if you are going to open,have the workers come in earlier so I don?t have to see him replace the old ice from the day before. They used half frozen gluten free dough. It took forever and didn't even cook most of my pizza. The outer edges are burnt and... the inside is all still dough. Would not recommend. Read more
