Really bad Customer Service. Nobody tends the register or acknowledges customers who are ready to pick up their order. Waited... around 20 minutes with my food on the counter to pay. *Pro Tip* If you order through the phone, you can get a free meal when youwalk in and see your order on the counter with no employees tending it. Credit where credit's due: Bartender in Steelers jersey was on point. But how do you have someone working the TV (manager? That... wasn't managing?) that obviously doesn't know how to work a TV?
