This dining service is located on the third floor of the department store with a nice view outside and balcony seats. Its... servers were generally hospitable and accommodating, but its kitchen sometimes cut corners. For instance, the bread of itssandwiches was often pre-toasted, which was too hard and cold to taste fresh. The chicken in the sandwiches was almost icy cold,and the bacon therein was as hard as grits. The croutons in the side salad were annoyingly rock-hard. Also, some food items atthis place have become more pricey and their portion has become smaller. A recent entree of shrimps for nearly $20 onlycontained a total of five small ones. Read more
