Rapid pick up is not functioning properly. They keep the orders behind a COVID screen /behind the desk instead of putting them... in the pick up area. They also do not call out the orders or have anyone looking for people waiting for their order. Took 15minutes longer than the 10 minute window provided by the app. I only figured it out after hearing one of the employees askanother employee of they should keep putting the Rapid Pick up orders behind the screen.
