Staff here is top notch, especially Justin at the Front Desk. He went above and beyond to help accommodate my husbands... accessible needs and make sure our room was perfect. Location is also incredible! Out of all the ski mountains we?ve stayed(dozens), Beaver Run is hands down the best ski in/out location! My only complaint is lack of Accessible Parking in the aboveground lots (namely for Building 4). For a mountain with an adaptive program, 2 spaces is simply not enough. There are even 4?15 minute parking? spaces. Just something to be aware of. Read more

Fantastic value, room even nicer than expected. Convenience of skiing directly out to Beaver Run or Silverthorne lift is hard to... beat. Amenities in resort are very nice. Honestly the easy access to skiing, lovely room and outdoor hot tub made this feel likean unexpectedly affordable second honeymoon. Similar to cruise experience. Special thanks to Brian (night auditor) who assistedus in adding an extra half day of skiing by suggesting late checkout. Every customer service experience was a positive one. Read more

Our first stay at Beaver run Resort was a big success. We chose this location for the balcony with a few, fireplace, and... kitchen. It was an easy walk into Breckenridge and there is a bus and shuttle available if you are not up for walking. The staffwas friendly and helpful and the views of the mountain tops with snow on them was most enjoyable. We had a good stay and highlyrecommend this hotel. We were here the middle of October which is the off-season so the resort and Breckenridge are not verybusy. As a bonus we saw a moose eating some shrubs right in front of the resort entrance and then it walked behind the resortand I got a few pictures. Read more

It's day 3 for my stay while I attend a conference here and all has been wonderful. From the moment I parked my car out front to... check in, through the elevation sickness, the conference, the meals, the service has been rather awesome. Yes, there will thingsI hadn't planned for and miscommunication but the staff has the want to make things better. The location cannot be beat, closeenough but far enough from Breck. And with the shuttle service, the accessibility to the gondola and town is fabulous. Theservice is a solid 10. The rooms are individually owned and decorated but comfortable. I recommend getting a 1 bedroom if moneypermits. The food is decent, the convenience of being able to walk to lunch when time is tight is helpful. I haven't had thetime to use the pools and hot tubs but everyone I see in them looks super happy. Read more

The unit didn't have heating or AC which was a bummer. The patio/grass view was littered with trash (beer can, bottles water,... pieces of plastic, period liner wrapper and paper). Grass clippings needed to be cleaned up. Notified front desk and sent pics.It was there when we left (stayed 3 nights). Front desk did help with other requests via text which was nice. We did enjoy thesize of the room and we didn't notice any smokers which was a big plus for us. It was also quiet which made it peaceful. Momenjoyed happy hour at Spencer's and Sam the bartender. Shuttle service was great and convenient for the family too. Read more
