Cute, quirky coffee shop with lots of great coffee and the food was delicious! My hubby got the salmon bagel and i got the... smoothie bowl. The staff is so incredibly kind and helpful. To preface, I have eaten at nearly every restaurant in Breckenridge with vegan opinions. However, Cool River Coffee House BY FAR... has the very best vegan food in the entire town. A quaint little space. Definitely, a local spot. A sweet place to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea with a treat. I enjoyed a... elderflower croissant was excellent.
