I have been going here for months now twice a week. I usually order a grilled chicken Cesar salad. This last time I ordered will... be my last. 5 of us went here and supported the restaurant for lunch on the job. This time they gave me the wrong dressing and Icalled up they sent someone out they never got there missed my whole lunch break after working in 97 degrees all day. Calledagain never got help for hung up on so I had to drive back down to demand a refund man on the phone very unprofessional andclearly doesn?t care about customers that support his practice. He even compared his job in a pizza place with an airconditioner to mine (a construction site in 97 degree weather to his lovely pizza job. Saying that he is working just as hardand didn't care I missed my lunch which was their fault. I will not be returning to a business ran by clowns who take theirnormal customers for granted. ONE OF THE BEST PIZZA PARLORS IN THE LEHIGH VALLEY, and their pasta dishes are delicious too! Terrible, one and a half hours later the food was delivered to our hotel after being told 45 minutes on a Tuesday night. No... napkins, no utensils pizza was burned and all of our food was cold. No onions on our salad which we asked for when ordering.Chicken cheese steak cold and soggy.
