This Starbucks is never bad, in my experience. This last week I had the pleasure to meet Yoko and Chiara. They were so pleasant... and really made my day. Yoko made a personal connection by asking me about my shirt (French bulldogs) and then about pets.Chiara ensured there was not silence and kept a natural conversation going while also helping other. This is my favorite Starbucks! I go there at least 3 days a week, usually around 4:30 am, and all the baristas are super... friendly and know my name, and drink. It took a little while for them to get my drink down (it's a little complicated, ), butnow they make it perfectly and cheerfully! The only thing I don't really like is that occasionally they will be unexpectedlyclosed or change their hours, and there is no warning ahead of time.
