We had a great dinner here. I had the lasagna and it was good. Maybe a bit heavy on the sauce. I used the bread they brought... out to mop up some of the sauce there was so much. Brilliant! While visiting Nashville, the restaurant was on a wait, so we took open seats at the bar, and was given superior... service and recommendations by the bartender, Taylor. Every single dish we had was nothing shy of perfect. > signaturecocktails, great balance and flavor. > cheese fritter appetizer was delicious. > Cesar salads had the right balance of dressingand lettuce. > spaghetti carbonara with chicken was excellently prepared, with perfect ratios of pancetta, Parmesan, cream, andpasta. > three cheese pasta with chicken was also excellent, generous portions of all entrees is appreciated. > the grandfinale, the Tiramisu … holy moly… it’s absolute perfection. It’s a non traditional spin off, with chocolate ganache, andcream. Italian cuisine is my favorite genre of food, so I don’t say this lightly, but this was the best Tiramisu I’ve everhad. The restaurant is within walking distance to the Tesla service center, so if you’re like me and have to come into townfor occasional service, do yourself a favor and visit this fine establishment.
