I camee from my lunch break. Line was all the way to nirvana. I got in the store to order. They told me it'll take about 2mins... and it actually did. And the food was amazing. Best staff ever! Read more
Absolutely terrible customer service in the drive-through this morning. Waited for twenty minutes in the longest line, only to... be told at 10:31 that they were "on to lunch". To make matters worse, I heard that the person in the lane next to me who triedto place an order for breakfast the same second I was trying to, was able to do so. I realize that it is the restaurant's policythat they stop serving breakfast at 10:30, but this is ridiculous. Read more
The sulky boy working was apparantly more interested in complaining and telling everyone how tommorow was his last day than in... being remotely polite or helpful. I walled in and got a gruff "can I help you" that let me know exactly how glad he was that Icame in. I asked about a peach milkshake and before I could even finish asking got a "we don't have peach milkshakes" that wasjust plain rude. I sat and watched other customers get similar treatment while everyone had to hear whining about his job. Read more
By far the worse Chick-Fil-A in Tennessee. Brentwood deserves better and Barry Hooper needs to get it together. I think a lot... has to do with lack of similar competition in the area, like Slim Chickens or Raising Cane's. This location is even worse thanRivergate which says a lot! The attitude of most of the employees including the young Management needs serious improvement. This location definitely does not follow "corporate rules" and is often dirty compared to others. Arrogant & argumentativeManagement. Our recent visit will be our last. Not worth the hassle anymore. I went to the counter to get a drink refill formy wife. Ryan (young guy with glasses) was rude and patronizing when I asked for extra ice and a new lid. He asked me "why doyou need another lid for the drink? Did you not get one the first time?" Why does it matter & why are you questioning acustomer about a simple request? He had a very unapproachable attitude and would be better positioned in the back of thekitchen not servicing customers.
