The food was nit acceptable at all. We were very dissatisfied. Left without even eating our food. Took a couple bites and left.... Also when placing our order we told the gentleman at the counter that we had a small window of time, yet we waited quite a whileas did everyone there. Not a good fit. It's not terrible. I love the chicken there, but sometimes it's so clear it sat under a heat lamp for a couple of hours that you... HAVE to ask for fresh chicken. It's understaffed and getting pretty slow compared to what it used to be, but that's no fault oftheirs for the most part. The other menu items can be very skimpy depending on who makes your order I guess. This place isn't perfect, and probably never will be due to it being a fast food restaurant near Bangor. They get things... slightly wrong with my order almost every time I visit, but that really doesn't matter to me. The team at this storedeserves/probably has already received a most improved award from corporate as well as raises all around and maybe even a pizzaparty. I'm sure everyone living in this area remembers that this store was total dogwater for the last 3 years, with massivelines, long wait times, and bad food quality. I worked doordash over the winter, and watched a lot of the local fast food places"rise and fall", and out of all of the local joints, this one has been Top Frag for the past 5 months. They seem to be gettingconsiderable business still, but they're funneling cars out the drive thru with higher quality, better made meals whiledelivering exceptional customer service. I worked some fast food places around here during the pandemic, and I'm well aware thatthe customers nowadays have gotten so much worse, so I wanted to leave this review here partially for potential customers, butmostly for the staff. Don't listen to the people that scream at you because you ran out of diablo sauce or forgot their ice intheir drink or whatever, they're total losers that have no friends. You guys are doing great, and to any of the staff thatworked through the last 2 years that are still there, you should be proud of yourself for pulling this store out of the gutter.If anyone in the Brewer/Bangor area wants the best possible fast food experience, they should go exclusively to the BrewerKFC/Taco Bell, the Brewer Burger King, and the Broadway McDonald's. Ignore anyone whining about missing items at any store,mistakes happen, and staff will gladly and swiftly fix your problem if you're not a witch. 10/10 store, would recommend to anylocal who forgot to make dinner or needs a quick snack. Stopped on our way home for dinner at the drive thru. Ordered a party pack of soft tacos and 2 other meals. Person at the drive... thru sounded like we ruined his night.
