First and last time! Extremely disappointed...How hard is it to make a salad with grilled chicken. Guess so hard that they had... to charge me double price since that salad is not on the menu. The chicken was tough and the salad was very wilted. The shockerwas it was $20 plus they charged me $.70 for using my credit card. So many great places to get a good salad, but I was in arush. Also, maybe getting employees that can actually treat customers with respect also would be a plus. Read more
I have stopped at this establishment several times before, my last was this afternoon. Ordered a burger (medium well, to go),... the place wasn?t all that busy so I waited for my order. Order took a good 20 minutes, no problem since I did order medium-well.I was staying with relatives 10 min away, sat down and took a bite to find that my burger was medium-RARE, and actually more onthe rare side, not to mention the bun didn?t even seem fresh. The people behind the counter are always extremely rude, like they are doing you a favor by taking their order. They constantly... run out of bagels, rolls and then act like it?s the customers fault for not knowing their inventory at all times. Food isn?t badbut we have had enough of these guys. Delicious smoothies, great salads, and amazing coffee (iced coffee has COFFEE ICE CUBES... incredible). Try a caramel iced... latte, a chocolate strawberry protein shake, or the ready-to-go strawberry and mango salad... Those are my fav. Friendly serviceas well of course! Read more
