Terrible service , untrained staff.How hard it checkout few grocery.Go and get training from Newburgh,port Chester or Waterbury... locations.Here I can see lots mangers they only want to check your receipt.if you don?t get trained staff pls put the self checkout,we restaurant people can do that very efficiently ,shame on you Brewster loacation guys . Absolutely terrible location. Have shopped at many restaurants depot throughout New York and Connecticut and this one... continuously is absolutely the worst. Have come there about 15 times now and every time I wait over 20 minutes to check out withone person in front of me. For some reason there has to be three employees to check out one person and they have to re-counttheir items 40 times and still won?t process their transaction. Hope the staff improves but for some reason no one knows how towork the cashier at this restaurant Depot. They should send some of their cashiers up to the Newburgh Location and have themshadow those cashiers. They are professional and keep the line moving. On top of all of that there?s barely anyone ever in thisrestaurant Depot so there?s no excuse on why they are so slow. Read more

A great restaurant supply store including everything from dry foodstuffs to meats to condiments and even some kitchen items like... pots and trays. Pricing seems in line with what you would expect from a distributor. Product quality is very good and the storeis clean and well organized. Of course you need to have a business license to have a membership, this is not open to thegeneral public. Read more
