Yesterday, I went in, used kiosk to order my Sip Club drink. There were NO CUPS for coffee or drinks. Went to the register,... called 4 times, Noone at register. Finally someone appeared pushing a cart. She said she would be right with me, after movingfour carts.i asked why no cups at kiosk. You know the answer, I don't know. I asked for the manager. He said it was companypolicy no cups at kiosk. Then why the spaces for cups at kiosk? Crickets. Today, I went to panera in Wall. Three kiosk allstocked with to go cups and ceramic cups.. I hate when a managers lies to me. I guess corporate policy only applies to Brickstore. We will discuss this at Brick store tomorrow as I show him pictures I took today, 9/25. Read more
It's got a nice dining area, it's pretty clean, and it's easy to get to. It's a bit dubious whether you'll get the right order... though. I've been multiple times and my order has been correct about 50% of the time between both in cafe ordering and mobileorder. It's okay. Read more
Maybe don't tell some employees to encourage customers to pick up rapid pick up orders through the drive-thru and then after... years of having me do that, just randomly tell me I need to come inside to get it AT THE DRIVE THRU. I absolutely loved waiting10 minutes behind other customers in a one-way line I couldn't leave just to park and get out because your employees didn't wantto walk 10ft. to the rapid pick up shelf and get my bag. I wouldn't normally complain but it was your own employees whooriginally told me I could pick up my rapid pick up thru the drive thru. Read more
Unfortunately every time I have come to this location there is ALWAYS something wrong with my order. I usually order in the... drive thru so I?m not aware that something is wrong until I get home. I have ordered in the cafe as well to make sure what I wasreceiving was correct, however I waited over 30 minutes and was given the wrong dressing (after tasting it to make sure), askedan employee for the correct one. I was told with attitude the right one was given to me already and had to wait even longer tohave someone else just give me the correct dressing. I understand this location is new and working out kinks of staffing andtraining. I really enjoy the options and quality of food is awesome, but it?s so disappointing that every time I visit there issomething wrong or missing completely. Read more

This place has horrible customer service. Bill "an employee" was very rude and does not know the menu properly as well as its... pricings. This store needs retraining of the menu ASAP. I will never step foot in this store & caution others to be aware of anegative experience. Read more
