This was our first time at taphouse 23 and it was really really nice! We were there to get some lunch and watch the first half... of the Eagles game. Our server Michael took care of us, he made some recommendations on some good appetizers: the cheesesteakeggrolls, and the nachos were both really good And the drinks hit perfectly. We will be back ! We ordered a drink on the happy hour menu. We pointed out to the waiter that the happy hour rate was not on our bill. They... claimed it was a typo and did not honor the price listed. There was no head on any of the beers we got, dirty glasses. Food wasokay. Read more
