So, first let me say the food was amazing! Two weird things: we had to order and pay at the counter like it was fast food and... second, this place is all about crab boils, yet no picks, no bibs, no wet naps, no crackers for the legs. Still, we would go backbecause they were the best crab legs I've had in quite some time. We did just straight steam with nothing but butter(I'm apurist), but lots of boil seasonings were available. Note- it isn't cheap. But when you pay more you get better food! Read more

Overall this place was good. It is counter service style restaurant so don't expect Red Lobster service. We got the snow crab,... shrimp with sausage corn and potatoes in medium triple threat sauce, beer, wine and the seafood toast (taste of toast not worththe cost). Food came out at a reasonable interval except the toast as a starter came out after the seafood. Triple threat saucewas good but wasnt enough so i had to ask for a side. Server was attentive and friendly. I also dig the idea of using scissorsinstead of the seafood cracker (although not good for crab claw). Read more

Food was Delicious. Service was good. Weird dining experience though. They give you no silverware whatsoever. Not enough napkins... to be eating messy crab legs. No 'crab cracker's utensil was given. They gave you apparently crab cracking scissors??? Oh yeah,& gloves to wear while you eat? No bucket or trash can or bowl was given to put crab shells in. And the shrimp still had veins, skin, & legs on them. So I had to do that part all by myself. Extremely Overpriced & Expensive. Read more

First, it was too hot inside the restaurant to enjoy our meal. Second, the fish & shrimp basket was tasteless. The fish was... covered in too much cornmeal/breading. Third, the quantity was minimal. Several family members ordered the same thing and allthe fish pieces were different sizes [small vs medium, none were large]. My fish was so small I became angry. Last but notleast, the family was disappointed with can beverages versus having cups for refills... at $2+ per can!!! Read more

So, what a disappointment. Went to red lobster first, hour wait, should have waited. It all came down to the food and some of... the aesthetic... Staff was very nice. Kitchen scissors as crackers were, well... tacky. For the prices, you should be able toafford proper crackers. The food was mostly overcooked, the sauces were mostly unflavorful, and I was brought the wine Iordered in a plastic solo cup.... Back on tacky mode. Buy some wine glasses. Read more
