I asked for extra and sides of everything and they gave me very small portions, they also gave me stale tortillas and they... didn?t follow directions.. the old lady laughed in my face when she gave me my order and now I see why?.They messed with myfood. Next time you think about going to chipotle here, don?t. This isn?t what I consider extra or a side. Don?t get me startedon the tacos. You are better off going to the McDonald?s a block away. I never leave this bad of review, but this deserved one. The employees were awesome. Food was good, but im shocked how the... manager handled this situation. Around 5 I came in and ordered one burrito. I asked for everything I wanted. As always, I putextra lettuce on and the Manager came up and looked at it and was appalled. She asked what was on it and was told steak andchicken. She started complaining about the portions they gave me which it was less meat then I usually get. She continued tocomplain in front of me saying it was way too much of everything and charged me an extra $7.40. Being aggravated I complain thatI didn't get anything extra which she proceeded to disagree. I get the person who made the burrito to confirm and they had totell her that's she's wrong, she finally took it off but not without a fight. I don?t really go to this location, but today I did. I ordered what I usually get a chicken bowl and this time added extra... chicken, except the problem is I barely got any chicken as it is and got charged for double chicken. Had to edit my review. Was 5 stars. Now 2. Why? Chicken was overcooked the last two visits and tough to chew. Today (5-6-22) I... walked in to loud rap music with nasty lyrics that had no business playing in a restaurant. Someone was obviously playing theirpersonal music as the same no-talent "artist" mumbled his way through offensive song after offensive song. I inhaled my food andleft. Won't be back anytime soon. I've been here a few times. They never seem to be busy - and need a "We're open" sign - itlooks closed from the outside! Fast service, but the crew needs some customer service training. I never go to this location but this is the closest one to my house. Yesterday I decided to give it a try, it was disgusting!...
