I?m a trucker from Philly so I was skeptical about trying the food but it was good and they made it fast, only thing is I didn?t... smell it being cooked or see them cook it and I was there the whole time ???????????? Read more
This location is so unorganized. I went twice and my order was messed up by two different employees. I was overcharged for one... and they wouldn?t give a refund or give me the difference. The other order they gave me the wrong meal. I called the same day toreport the incident and I was assured by a women that worked there that I would get my free meal due to all the back and forth.I called today and was yelled at by the owner saying that they cannot replace my order. He hung up twice and was very rude. Icalled back and asked for the names of the employees so that I can?t make a complaint. He then said to call back the next day sohe can ask the employees. That is completely fine. What isn?t fine is him raising his voice at me for a mistake that theyinitially made. They give you a tip slip in the drive thru and collect their tip before giving you your food. Then if you don?t tip for your... drive thru order they don?t mind giving you a soda can dropped on the floor and damaged among whatever else they did to my foodbecause I chose not to tip for a drive thru order before getting any kind of service. Sharks has the best wings I've ever had. They are very fresh and are the big meaty kind. Please do your self a favor and get... some. The Italian beef was also very good. I'm guessing you won't be disappointed by anything you should happen to order offtheir vast menu. The service is excellent and the guys are great! Read more
