Big shoutout to Big Pinks BBQ for having exactly what I wanted to satisfy my BBQ craving. We got a variety of meats to try:... Brisket, Baby Back Ribs, Pulled Chicken and St Louis Ribs. Their sides are also amazing: Cheesy Potatoes, Mac & Cheese, Coleslawand Cornbread. We got two of the 2 Meat Platters to be able to try some different options. Legit BBQ is not easy to find in theNortheast but Big Pinks definitely knows what they are doing! I ordered the brisket sammich, slaw on the side, fries, and a grape soda. The only reason I ordered slaw on the side because I... usually dislike slaw. But this slaw was so good I instantly added it to my sandwich. My sandwich was tender and packed withmeat. The amount of fries I received was worth 5 bucks. The bbq sauce is so yummy!
