I asked the employee who had glasses and dark hair and spoke in a nasaly voice if I could have a small cup of water. I thought... it was a simple request. He proceeded to fill me a cup and before he handed it to me said, "do you know they're are waterfountains with free water EVEYWHERE! ALL AROUND!" And then handed me the water cup. I was so upset but said thank you and wenton my way. I work in customer service and if I ever spoke to a customer in that fashion I would be out of a job.
