Stopped by Lake Street Eats last week for lunch. What a fantastic place! I really enjoyed their Lobster Bisque and cheeseburger... & fries! They were all delicious! Had an opportunity to meet the owners. What great people! Learned they are refurbishing thespace next store to add a bar and space for live music. Great place, great people, great food! Read more

For the area its fine. Good maybe even. But for the price the flavor wasn't outstanding. They do make their Caesar salad... dressing the proper way with anchovies. But the poutine was wrong. Not supposed to fry the curds first and the bacon wasoverkill. The grilled romaine lettuce Caesar salad was different, but mostly carried by the generous cheese and aforementioneddressing. Read more

This was a nice little bar that was trendy and cozy. It was kind of an artsy atmosphere. As far as their menu, they have a lot... of local beer, which is pretty cool. For food, I got the chicken sandwich and my dad ordered a hamburger. It was all good butnothing special. The portions are not too huge. When we cashed out, they did not have change for a $100, which I thought was alittle odd. The place was half full. So we weren't the only ones in there. The waitress eventually got the manager to resolvethe issue. One of the things that was disappointing was that they did not have garlic knots and that seemed to be a prettypopular item when I was browsing some of the reviews. Overall, this is a nice little trendy bar with food that's not bad. Thelocal beer selection is quite a good attribute to this place as well. Read more

My husband and I had lunch today. We started with Prime Rib Tips. We both enjoyed this dish. The meat was cooked perfectly. I... ordered the Bar-B-Que Pulled Pork sandwich. It was large enough for 2 People! It was delicious. (My husband ate half LOL!) I hada side cup of Lobster Bisque It was extremely thick. I didn't even eat half of this soup. My husband ordered fish Tacos. He wasnot impressed. If you order this dish you should ask for extra sauce on the side. Our waitress was Mikaela (sp) She was veryprofessional, attentive and friendly. No other employee spoke to us the whole time we were there. If the weather was acomfortable temperature we would have eaten outside. I would recommend this restaurant. Read more
