I usually don't do reviews but, this place is a hidden gem. And, it's not only the regular items on the menu that keeps us... returning, it's surprisingly the dessert, the homemade carrot cake! We had it once in the restaurant and ordered a cake sheet ofit to enjoy at ????. When I was leaving with it, I could see lots of people were wondering what cake just walked out the door!Thank you for accommodating our request! As for the rest of the food, chile relleno, enchiladas and tamales are delicious!Their sauces are definitely very flavorful and complements everything nicely! We got takeout from Ricardo's tonight for the first time. I wish we would have been to this place sooner. This is going to be a... family favorite I am sure of it. My chimichanga was perfect and my wife loved her cheese enchiladas. I ordered inside and thestaff was very kind and courteous and got me my order quickly even though I could tell the place was slammed. We will definitelybe back. This place is SOOOO GOOD!!!!! It is our new favorite Mexican place. We drove up from Farmington looking for something new. It... definitely reflects its high reviews. We got the shredded beef enchiladas, chicken enchiladas and the taco plate with shreddedbeef. The shredded beef is the best we?ve had. She also offered us some carrot cake for dessert and it was by far the bestwe?ve had. No raisins and no nuts!! Yum! We wanted more! It?s also a very cute restaurant and cozy atmosphere.
