Used to love Anthony's pizza and would happily drive the hour round trip to pick up their pizzas. The last 4 times I've ordered... (over the last 2-3 years its been 4 whole times) my order isn't made right. If you call to talk to someone about it, theysupposedly will write down your number for the owner to call you back the next time they are in. I'm still waiting 3+ weeks fora call back regarding my latest order and how almost everything I ordered was wrong. If it was just a pizza, I get it. It was$100 in food to feed a big family. Their quality has gone down the tubes along with their service. What a sad day. No more triesfor Anthonys. Here is the latest example of their 1/2 cheese, 1/2 extra pepperoni pizza with light sauce and extra cheese, whichwe were charged more for. They didn't offer to refund or remake or anything. Just "well I guess I can take your number and leavethe owner a note with your info but I can't do anything else to help. Now I'm out $100+ and my family had to find a differentdinner solution. Turned family night and a nice gesture I was trying to do for my family into a pain in the butt and my walletout even more. Read more

The pizza i received was barely cooked, cold and looked like a second grader made it. Happy to send pictures. I spent $37 for... the worst pizza ive ever seen in my lifetime. What a joke! Read more

We order a pizza for the first time from them. It took over 2 hours for them to get to our house. In the mean time we called... twice and both times on hold for 8 to 10 minutes to see if we can just cancel our order. Finally they took us off hold and saidthey would give us a refund. Right after that phone call the pizza showed up. We declined the pizza and no apology from thestore or the driver. I delivered for Pizza Hut all through high school in the late 80s and customer service was our priority. Iknow the times have changed and things our more expensive and it?s hard to find employees. But regardless nothing was said ordone to make it right. I will never eat or order another pizza from them again. Read more

While the pizza is good, you are going to wait a LONG time for it. I?m not sure if they lose track of the orders or forget to... make them, but this is the second time I?ve placed an order and waited over an hour and a half for them to even cook it. Thedriver is still waiting at the restaurant. It?s pizza, not BBQ. Not sure why it?s so difficult. Read more

So it's okay pizza. Slices are generous and the service is friendly. But I was a little disappointed with the white sauce... pizza. They make the pies in advance and personalize the slices to order. So no toasty pizza. My favorite. Also the toppingsdon't get the benefits of being in the oven to get the crusty edge when the pizza is fully cooked with the toppings and cheesetogether. The crust on the other hand was a little over done, but it was edible. I would eat here again if someone suggestedit. But I am not sure that I would pick this place on my own. Props to our server for slicing the kids pieces down the middleto make them more manageable for them...I didn't try the red sauce so I can't say anything about it. I had the thin crust pizzaper the servers recommendation but I am kinda wishing I had tried the thicker crust pizza. Read more
