I can't believe I never left Santiago's a rating in all the years I've been coming here. This is the best restaurant in all of... Brighton and dang near the whole state! I've missed it every day since I left Colorado in 2020. If you've never been here, don'thesitate! The food is worth it! Read more
The food is so good, I don't even mind the grumpy cashiers. Most of the staff are very nice and I honestly don't think it's... feel like smiling at every person who came in considering how busy they are. Also very good value for money. You can get a lotof food for not so much money. I usually get breakfast burrito in a bowl, with hot green chili. Last time I went, the hot wasactually hot. And so tasty. I've also tried the small combo which was like a mountain of food and cost about 10 bucks. Theonly thing I've had that I wasn't super into was the huevos rancheros. But I think the main thing is their green chili. So Ihaven't ordered many things that don't include that. Read more
Came in after lunch rush as we had been pouring concrete and it ran long. They weren't super busy and it too at least 5 min to... be acknowledged. Put in our drink orders and waited another 5 to get them and 2 were wrong . No big deal . Put in our ordersand got our drinks . Didn't see our waitress for 15 min our drinks were way dry at this point some other lady brought our foodand we had another waitress get us refills. Now I can't speak for others but my fajitas were bland and lacked any seasoning ..maybe it was an off day I have no idea. Read more
Food is usually pretty good most of the staff is nice but definitely don't recommend ordering online it's alot faster if you... just walk In have ordered online a couple times and it's never been ready when they say it is most recently ordered online saidmy order would be ready at 1120 went In at 1120 didn't get my order til almost 12 watched at least 4 or 5 people that justwalked in get there order and walk out and this unfortunately isn't the first time save your self time and frustration don'torder online Read more
