I went inside the cafe and ordered at the counter. The drive through was extremely busy, as it was Thanksgiving. One group in... line in front of me ordered 3 drinks and 1 pastry. After this, I ordered 2 grande beverages. The group in front of me receivedall the items 8 minutes after ordering. As I continued to wait I could see that there were lots of online orders, but no othercafe orders after me. I also noticed that there were 7 people on staff, but only one barista at the hot bar making drinks. Afterwaiting 14 full minutes I asked one of the baristas about my 2 drink order. She apologized and said the wait was due to so manyonline orders. I told her how long I had been waiting and how the group before me had picked up all their items and left over 6minutes before. She apologized again and said the drinks were coming up next. I waited another 6 minutes and finally got mydrinks after waiting a full 20 minutes. On top of the wait, one of the drinks was luke warm, where as the other drink was pipinghot. I understand that Thanksgiving is a very busy day, and there are lots of online orders, but nobody should wait 20 minutesfor 2 hot drinks ordered from the cafe counter. Read more
Omg the morning staff at this location are always happy and cheerful. I've never had a bad experience. Crystal however was an... absolute gem (her name is very fitting lol) I work for Hospice and I travel all over northern Colorado seeing patients. I have avery long day today I have 13 patients that have to be seen and I was feeling a little bummed because I had a patient pass thisweek. My coffee wasn't quite ready when I pulled up to the drive-thru window but Crystal talked to me about my day and weexchanged a little bit about ourselves. Man in the morning on a work day the staff crank out orders! There was 6-8 employees working and they drive thru was super long... and there was a ton of people inside and there was a a lot of hustle and bustle. Way to go guys! Only complaint was that my onedrink had a bunch of chocolate on the side of the cup that got in my vehicle cupholder. Read more
Did a mobile order for a venti chocolate cream cold brew and wondered why the cup emptied so fast. Turns out Starbucks charged... me full price for a cup of ice. In response to the below owner response - it was a mobile order, I should not expect to have anissue like this in general, especially when I pick up an order and start driving away, I shouldnt have to inspect the icecontent in the cup, expectations at pricing and a business like this are higher than double checking the lack of productreceived at full price.
