Updated review: I haven?t been here in a long time. I originally gave a 2 star but tonight the food was good! Given when I got... to the window I waited a little over 5 min for my food. It was worth it! New and improved crew! Why would you ask if I want anysauce if you?re not going to put in the bag? Now, I wouldn?t be so upset if I found a spot in shade and lost it because I had togo back for sauce lol. I?m not sure why the wrapper was wet. It?s not the usual grease that?s in the wrapper sometimes. Thetortillas was soggy so it was difficult getting it out of the wrapper. I could even eat it. This is the worst taco bell. they are open until 10 however i placed a mobile order at 8:15 went over there to pick it up and... sat at the drive thru intercom for a solid 7 min. drove up to the window and it?s pitch black. drive around to the front and seeall the workers just sitting around with each other talking. tried to go in but the doors were locked. went back around to thedrive thru and still nothing. so we had called them and they answer the phone, but they can?t come on the intercom? they answeras if they are open and we had asked why no one is speaking on the intercom and they told us they are closed. we let them knowwe placed a mobile order and they said they would get us a manager. as we are on the phone with the ?manager? she tells us thatshe can?t cancel the order and that she wasn?t trained to be able to do that. i let her know that she had a huge line outsideand that she needed it let her customers know and she hung up on me. honestly just confused as to why they aren?t able tocommunicate that they are closed while their line is going out the a**. please respect yourself enough to never ever go here. Workers must be quiet quitting during evening hours at this store dont answer the drive thru window intercom after waiting 5... minutes yelling hello with the lights on and being open but close off lobby i can see them inside. On occasions they do respondthey are usually out of main food staples on multiple occasions. My wife usually drives over to the other side of town becauseits so bad. Read more

Went to the Prarie center Taco Bell on line it says that your store is open til 10pm and I have gone before 10pm for the last 2... weeks and sat at the speaker for 15 mins then drove past the window and seen everything from the table put away, the employeethat?s name is Cassandra was by the safe and everything was put away. Honestly if you don?t want to stay open til the time thatyou should be then either put a sign up or turn off the lights. There was 5 cars in the drive thru on Friday November 25,2022and it was only 9:20pm. So need to fix this problem or there?s gonna be more angry customers. Read more
