This small ramen/noodle shop in Brighton is a hidden gem. We ordered the miso ramen (spicy), lobster garlic noodles and shoyu... eggs. Everything was amazing. I loved the noodles. Blue Yama was a lovely surprise. I live close by and had no idea such a great restaurant was here. The tonkontsu ramen and... chicken wontons were excellent but the star of the show was the garlic noodles with lobster. Very generous portions of lobsterknuckle meat and exceptional garlic and soy noodles that rival any San Francisco garlic noodles with crab. Highly recommend andwill definitely return. Read more
