Love Starbucks, but this time was a funny experience. Ordered a Mango dragonfruit refresher, and the barista heard me wrong and... gave me a pineapple refresher, which I didn?t want. They remade a mango dragonfruit for me but it didn?t have any freeze drieddragonfruit in it and the color was not red/ pink, they just put the syrup and filled it with water so it literally looksyellow. I though I got the wrong drink again, but at that point I didn?t feel like asking him to remake the order a third time,kinda disappointed, that?s why I don?t like walking in to order my drinks. Despite hours reflecting a 5pm closing time, upon arriving at 4:30p the store was closed and completely shutdown. Staffing... issues are one thing but be sure to adequately communicate with your customer base. Read more
