Good service but the food is not always fresh
I am so frustrated with this place. Order via GrubHub at 2:13pm. A Veggie Patty sandwich toasted with a bunch of toppings and... oil/vinegar. It comes about 30 minutes later. No veggie patty, not toasted, missing three toppings, and no oil/vinegar. I callto let them know, says he?ll get another out and ready for me. 40 minutes go by and I call again. The guy left? Horrible service. I had a Coupon from Uber and they wouldn?t honor it when it clearly said the coupon was valid in their store.... The manager was too cheap to accept the coupon. Don?t ever go here! Worst service ever. I?ve worked in stores before and I havesympathy for hard working employees but the people that run this place do not deserve to serve their customers! Read more
I arrived and waited about 2 minutes for someone to show up. Then he put on gloves and started using his smart phone while I... finished deciding what I wanted, getting annoyed at me when I asked him to change them.
