These people are rude and incompetent on an elevated scale! They have now messed up two group orders. Refused to issue a refund.... I got hung up on by the very condescending and confused 'assistant manager' by the name of Lexi. The owner's daughter, Amanda,while not necessarily rude, is very inconsiderate and similar to Lexi have complete disregard for customer service. Despitebringing food INCORRECTLY MADE, LATE, COLD, WET, she refunded to honor a refund too. I told Lexi that to get mistreated by acompany that provides below-standard quality food, and his response was to hang up the phone on me! Beware of these people. Stayaway.
