My husband tried to stop at night around 830-9pm to get me some donuts for a night time treat, as he tried to pull up to the... speaker for drive thru the employees had put trash cans in front of the speaker saying closed for break. This location (Bristol TN) is closing at 3PM for the last few weeks and not having the inside open either is ridiculous and a... great way to lose customers permanently. I get being short staffed but I used to work at a fast food restaurant and we wouldliterally run the place with our drive thru and inside open with only 3 workers sometimes because we were short staffed and madeit work. So there really is no excuse. The coffee is good but I'm about done with this location unless they go back to normalhours. Read more
