We came to Saladworks for lunch for my mother?s birthday. One in the party had eaten here before and loved it. The ladies behind... the counter were amazing! I love the colors and decorations in this store. Two of us got the make your own salads - I love thevariety of toppings! My mother got the Sophie?s salad she said it was delicious. While we were eating one of the ladies came outwith a cup with some candy, a clip and a coupon for my mom?s birthday. She was so pleased. We will definitely come back and eathere again. Every time I?ve been here, the food has been consistently good. I love the Buffalo chicken panini and I usually build my own... salad with a pick two. The whole reason I decided to write the review today was because of one particular employee. She has analternative style and usually has some sort of cool color in her hair, and every single time I?ve come in, she?s always given mesome sort of compliment. Today it was on my hair, I think another day it was my lipstick. It really brightens my day and she isso kind! Kindness should be recognized and people should know it?s appreciated. Food was great and the salads were huge! Unfortunately my visit was ruined by their assistant manager. She was extremely rude... when I asked about swapping some of the toppings out for a different item. She seemed offended that I asked. It was very clearthat she was having a bad day and she took that out on me. After she made my food I asked the young lady at the cash registerwhat the manager's name was. The manager overheard me asking and this ticked her off even more as she came right over and lookedas if she was going to slap me and said I am *****Assistant Manager! Do you have a problem?!! I was shocked! I told her that Ihope her day got better. I did not want to write this poor review on Google. However I went on the saladworks website and wroteabout how horrible this assistant manager treated me and never heard anything back. I wrote to them exactly 2 weeks ago today. Iwill not be back as I don't ever want to encounter the disgruntled employee again. Read more
