I don't usually complain or do a negative review, I will simply explain the experience. Had to wait with no one at the front... for a couple mins, no big deal. Was seated and the waitress was nice but the booth had vinyl covering missing on seat, I tookthat side so my fiancee wouldn't have to sit there. Someone across from us saw a bug and the people next to them saw it crawlup the wall evidently. The manager came and said they were aware of an issue and the pest control people didn't show up thatday. Eh.. I think you get the gist. As the other reviews, they are short staffed and Texas Roadhouse is within walkingdistance. Just a really bad experience at Buffalo wild wings, I have been before and it was clean and great at a differentlocation, so this is location specific. Out of tea. Out of brisket. Short staffed. Possible bug infestation... Vomit in theparking lot right outside of the door. I'd recommend just not going here until new ownership or management and proper staffingand cleanliness is achieved. I know they will probably respond to my review with some form to fill out, I won't be doing that. I won't be returning to this location, even if paid to do so. Read more
Took forever for food... hubby got 6 boneless wings... not very hot... one of them was just a big chunk of hard crust... no... chicken in it. I had naked twnders..tenders... 5 small pieces barely 1/4 inch thick... barely warm. For what we paid it wasterrible. Read more
Stood in the front door and wasn?t greeted. Two other parties were waiting to be seated as well. Plenty of people working just... vacuuming the floors ignoring us. Asked one if we could be seated and they said ?we?re down a hostess?. We asked if we couldstill eat because it was still 3 hours until close. The response we were given was an eye roll and a sigh. This location clearly needs new management. They can't keep employees and are constantly short staffed, which causes terrible... customer service. They close early whenever they want, it's difficult to even get seated since they never have a host/hostess,and call in orders are always super late based on the time they are supposed to be done. Their competition at Texas Roadhousewhich is literally right across the parking lot is a whole different story.. always fully staffed and all employees have a greatattitude. Not sure who the owner is, but this BWW is a joke. Read more

Horrible service from the start. Walked in. No one at hostess table. Finally gentleman walks up and says do you have a... preference and we are easy going so said no. Guy gave us menus at hostess greeting and said find you a spot at a high toptable?. Walked around and every high top table had old food and drinks sitting on every table. My wife went to a waitress whowas worried about getting her coffee from another employee and said, ?is there not any tables clean?? Obviously not because whywould we ask.
