I ordered a pizza and two 8 piece boneless wings. For some reason, door dash brought my food. The restaurant forgot to give the... driver my wings. I call the restaurant to remind them that they forgot my wings and someone got on the phone and told me it?snot their problem that my wings were not here. I paid $28 for a 9.99 pizza. I called DoorDash and they couldn?t help me get arefund because my order was placed directly through Pizza Hut. I looked in the DoorDash drivers vehicle myself and she did nothave my food! They just didn?t give them to her. The staff at this location is very rude and unprofessional! Something needs tobe done! They all need to either be fired or retrained on customer service! There?s NO WAY someone should get on the phone witha customer and tell them ?Its not our problem you didn?t get your wings take it up with door dash?. Ordered a pizza, breadsticks, and drink togo through the app. The pizza, and ONLY the pizza, arrived via doordash. I called the... location and they said they sent out the pizza AND breadsticks (which mind you still never appeared when the dasher gave me myorder), but would refund the drink as store credit, NOT to my credit card because of doordash and negotiations through that.Pizza hut is dead to me. I did not pay 40 bucks for just a single pizza and some highway robbery. Steer clear, avoid using theapp, and pickup I guess, but not me. I'm done. Update: 8/29/22 wanted to give 3 stars because I got a personal call from a manager the next day regarding the situation (not... the manager who closed the business two hours early.) This woman called everyone who placed orders and personally apologized forthe events that took place disrupting service. It takes a lot of courage to call people and apologize. I want to make sure herefforts were noticed. Thank you for the call and professionalism in handling the situation, it was very big of you. Businessstates its open till 10pm. Called and placed a pick up order 9:28pm, drove 15 minutes and the doors were locked. I called ofcourse I received the answering service and I told them the door was locked they said they would call the location. I arrived topick up my order at 9:47pm. It's really sad how the restaurant industry has lost all pride over the last two years. Businessescan't find workers and they accept anyone even those workers who close the business early. Very sad how dramatically differentthe hospitality industry is today from before Covid-19. Read more
