We stopped for lunch on Friday afternoon, never been here before and sure wish we had tried it sooner. We wanted to try a pizza... as we love thinner crust pizza. We settled on the BIANCO, and was it delicious. The crust was crisp on bottom and still hadsome chew to it, which is our perfect pizza. It reminded us of pizza we had at a small pizza shop in Boston this summer. Weraved how Salted Dough crust was better than the Boston crust and wish the Taco Pizza we had there had the perfect crust we gottoday. After our meal, as we were getting ready to leave, I approached the kitchen area and told the Chef, and owner Jeff howspot on the pizza was. He took the time to chat with us and ironically after mentioning our trip to Boston, he said he came upwith idea for the crust from his time in Boston and pizza he had there. Glad it was not very busy and Jeff could take time tochat with us and give us some history on how he got Salted Dough started. The pizza will bring us back, but his great attitudeand genuine interest in our experience and conversation is just as important. We love to support local business and look forwardto out next visit. Make sure to check this place out, you will not be disappointed I'm sure. Thanks again Jeff for an awesomeexperience. Keep up the good work. Read more

Disappointed... heard all these rave reviews, and expected better especially for the price. Was the first time there. Decided... to get the story deli pizza and hubby got the fried perch and house made chips. Best part of the meal was those chips! Thecharcuterie board was okay, but you only get 3 little slices of bread with it all... and the "pizza" was literally the pizzadough with a cold salad piled on top... perch was okay, but a little over done so tougher than one would hope. Overall, Thetaste was good, and very seasoned, but really wish we would've been prepared for a cold pizza.... nothing stated it on the menu.Just expected more, especially for 100$ bill for 2 people... don't forsee ever going back... Just to clarify from the ownersresponse, we did tell our server all the issues. And just because a pizza lists arugula, does not mean one should assume itwould be salad based, and not cooked on the pizza. I eat spinach in salads too, but on pizza it is cooked. The menu is notvery descriptive in regards to the specialty pizzas, there was another table I overheard having a different pizza redonebecause it was not as expected from the description. When we heard that I said I wish we would have done that, but it was afterthe fact, and I wish we were more like that, but we are not. Read more

Super disappointed by this pizza place. Was looking for that brick oven type pizza. And this place was recommended on Facebook.... Ordered take out which took 1.5hr to get my order. Disappointed by the quality and how it tasted. No flavor the dough was whitenot even golden crispy like usual expected. Also very bland flavor and overpriced. Inside the restaurant is nice but won?t beback here again. Read more

I?m very conflicted that I have to give this restaurant three stars. I always love supporting small businesses when I can... especially locally owned businesses. I have no desire to go to big chain restaurants, especially when there?s high-quality foodin our backyard that?s locally owned. We went on a holiday and it was not very busy when we arrived, maybe 4-6 groups seated. It seemed like there were ample staff to seat patrons. I have nothing bad to say about the quality of the food, butunfortunately our experience with the staff was less than stellar. First, we were seated outside right next to the smoker forthe chicken, and while it smelled good was less than ideal for a long period (we were moved to a different location whenasking). We were a party of six and from ordering to receiving food took approximately 45 minutes to an hour. In between thattime we rarely saw our waitress. We also saw other tables get seated, receive their food and check, and leave. By the time wereceived our food nearly half of the orders were incorrect. The food was sent back and ?corrected?, though the sides were stillincorrect and given to the wrong person. Additionally, we were charged nine dollars for mimosas when on the menu it clearlystates that it is eight dollars. When we informed our waitress of the mimosa error, it seemed like she already knew that thiserror existed. Still, there was no mention of it when we ordered nor did it seem like there was going to be any initiative tochange this in the future on the menu. She did try to charge the correct amount but the principle of it is to have consistencybetween menu price and price charged. Which leads to a trend between all my issues- they are accountable for problems but theway they get fixed are rushed and not helpful in the long run. I?ve read prior reviews where the owner responds and asks patronsto take responsibility for issues when they arise. I agree with this, but to what extent? Nearly every aspect of our exp Read more

Great place with a nice atmosphere to hang with friends, drink, chat, and eat. There's so many options for food that I just want... keep coming back to try it all. Originally tried Salted Dough during Cleveland pizza week two years in a row and decided it wastime to try dining in and ordering something besides pizza. I choose a salad and my friend ordered a pizza. We were both superhappy with our choices. You can never go wrong with any of their pizzas they are truly so tasty! Their crust and freshingrediants just make it the best. We also split bruchetta which was probably my favorite! There was a cucumber one and a goatcheese and honey one which were just so delicious. Looking forward to coming back as I have my eye on the meat and cheese boardand some wine! Read more
