Ordered threw drive threw chick was very nice taking order I ordered the new pretzel pub cheeseburger chili 10 pc nugget with... baconator fries. And 2 drinks got the drinks 2 burgers chili and baconator fries when I said it was the wrong order they told meno it wasn't. I said I ordered a 10pc nugget not 2 burgers they gave me the nuggets and another baconator fri. Nuggets were coldcould tell they been sitting out for a while both baconator fries were cold. Said the couldn't give refunds out bc of newmanagement. But yet they can give 4 spoons 3 forks and 2 knifes when I only needed 2 spoons in all reality.. Will never go backagain terrible food in all. I tried to work here as I needed later hours to accommodate to my class schedule, and it was absolutely terrible. Everything... about it was completely unprofessional and unorganized. Not to mention is was extremely gross, and when they asked me to wait in"the office," I wanted to leave right then and there. I decided to let the manager know that I wasn't interested in the jobanymore when I hadn't even started the orientation process or in any way, shape, or form started working there yet, and she gotangry that I had not given a 2-weeks notice. Everytime I'm here, it is always a 15+ minute wait in the drive thru. Either horribly short staffed or horribly low morale. My... order has never been right at this location. Heard the owner of this location is also just a huge jerk. Avoid at all costs. Read more
Ordered 2 - $5 biggy bags. Everything was cold, Luke warm. Took the order back and nothing changed. Was told I couldn't exchange... the cold fries. Requested a refund after taking our orders back but was told they don't give back refunds. Normally like Wendy'sbut this subpar lunch sucked.
