Got a simple bagel with cream cheese. They totally forgot about me, left my bagel on the toaster. When I got annoyed (that... people coming in ten minutes after me were getting theirs), the old lady at the register was so rude! The quality is decent(7/10) if willing to risk getting terrible service. (As I wrote this, the same thing happened to another woman. So what every5th person gets forgotten about? ). Also in my experience, the staff doesn?t really know how to greet customers and take orders. They just look at me and don?treally say anything.
