Was not impressed with my order tonight. I asked for a chocolate shake and it had old chunks of either the chocolate syrup or... ice cream. Shakes don?t have chunks like malts would have. And my fries were old and cold. This use to be a very good braums butsad how it?s gone downhill. Read more

Asked for ranch didn't get it. I thought okay that's cool.. got a diet Dr. Pepper and a regular Dr. Pepper. Get home to find out... both are regular Dr. Peppers. And I am type 1 diabetic, that can literally kill me...... go to eat my sandwich... and I askedfor no onion and no pickels cause my fiance is allergic to onion. And find onions on the burger. It's still a place I'll visit for breakfast, lunch, or ice cream. But the market section is just as high as everywhere else. ... Except for day old bread, no deals. Nothing on sale anymore. Eggs $4/dozen, milk is $4.60, and I was overcharged on an onion. I waited as an employee installed new register tape and still it printed out blank. Disappointing. Read more
