This place is so good. I am not even a burger person and I normally am super picky about calories, carbs, etc. THIS PLACE, you... better have some fun and throw it out of the window! Seriously the staff here are some of the best I?ve ever met. Super friendly, very nice and definitely pride themselves on... customer experience. The manager here is fantastic as well and definitely sets a high bar for how all 5 guys restaurants shouldbe ran. I love Five Guys, but this is the second time I've went there, and the food and service were bad. The burgers are so wet and... sloppy that the buns turn into mush and fall apart. They drown it with too mustard and ketchup. Also, the fries weren't freshand hot, just soggy leftover broken pieces. Based on the high prices, Five Guy's is very proud of the product they sell, wellthe people that work there need to start acting accordingly. The person that took our order was very dry acting and actuallyrolled her eyes and walked off when I didn't add a tip. My tip to her is grow a smile! Read more
