This McDonald?s is normally lovley to go to but today they wanted to play a game. I wanted extra frys and the guy was horrible... and mean to me and then gave me back the food with no extra frys. So I called them up and they said they could not hear me whenthey clearly could hear me. So that to me is poor customer service. One star Read more
Staff are incredibly rude. Rude at the window to get your food and rushed to get you off before you dare ask for any condiments.... Then rude inside when you take your bag of food in that is missing items. They are rude every single time I've visited in thelast several months. Hate this location. This location has gone down hill on the evening shift. The food is subpar and the service is terrible. It used to be much better... but there seems to be poor management and an inexperienced night crew lately. The morning shift is much better. I enjoy the factthat breakfast is served until 2pm. That is a huge benefit at this location. Hopefully they can get things together quickly andI will up my rating. If not, well, my rating will get even worse. I recommend mornings and early days here. Guess what McDonald's?? No more business from this family. After how you treated my wife....I'm so sorry she forgot to request... her picante packet at the window and it took an extra 8 seconds to pick up....the time you spent chewing her out about herforgetfulness was not efficient for your line either. Update: Things have gotten better at this location. They have not messed up our order in a while and the drive-through staff is... more easily understood. I also like that if we eat off of the value menu, the whole family can eat for a good price. It is stillMcDonalds and there is nothing special about it. One thing I don't like is that sometimes it takes a long time to get your foodwhen they made you pull around and park in the front. This location has gone downhill lately. It is often hard to understandthe workers in the deive through. We used our McDonald's app code for a free Happy Meal which showed up on our order and whenthe worker entered our order incorrectly, we asked her to fix it. When she did, she somehow removed our free Happy Meal. When wegot to the window we tried to fix it but when the manager was called over, he said there was nothing he could do.
