Great atmosphere, service, and the food was great. I am not used to the Wisconsin cheese on the pizza and it was very different.... Not sure I would order it again, but everything was fantastic and everything was so fresh! The pastas, bread, and mozzarellasticks are amazing!! Read more
Food was very bland, tasted like someone poured the bottled Italian seasoning on it . We ordered spaghetti and meatballs and the... margarita pizza. Not impressed at all especially for what it cost to eat . They didn?t even have disposable eating utilities forto go orders. They should put more money into their seasonings, food than the building, it was very nice looking but foodwasn?t good. 1 star. Very disappointed, burnt crust on pizza as well, we just decided to throw it all in the trash. (PS weordered our food to go). This was our first and will be our last visit. Read more
This was our first time eating here at Broken Arrow, or any Russo?s for that matter. The pizza was phenomenal! We got half... Hawaiian and half doppio pepperoni. The crust was delicious. More importantly, the service was outstanding. Everyone was sofriendly. Our server, Livia, took great care of us! She was very attentive and super friendly! We sat at the bar. We opted to sit at the bar because otherwise it would have been a 30 minute wait. Like most places, tables... were empty but, not enough staff to keep all tables open. Bartenders were great but busy. Place was packed, servers wereoverwhelmed. We ordered salads with our meal. Salads came out about 5 mins before entrees, not leaving us much time tofinish/enjoy the salads. We ordered pasta entrees and both pastas were overcooked but had good flavor. Overall, our rating of 2star rating reflects price vs overall experience. We both ordered 1 drink each (2 total) plus pasta entrees and our tab was over$70. I would opt for Olive Garden any day. Well let me start with horrible. So I ordered a Calzone my mom ordered shrimp Alfredo. My food set on the counter for 8 min... waiting on the Alfredo that showed up with literally little to no sauce. Insides of my calzone was cold not warm cold cheesepartially melted. The cook was also the manager and the bartender. The host was also the waitress.
