The staff at this location is amazing. I have coffee at home but come here every morning because of the people who work here and... the feeling of community at this location. I really appreciate the smiles on their faces as they greet you when you walk in eventhough they are busy, they still take the time to acknowledge you. We like Starbucks, but this location always seems understaffed or real odd ball employees. For that we really try to avoid... going in store and just stick to the drive thru. Read more

I've been to this location a few times recently and in the past. During the pandemic resource shortage, I could not get a darn... pink drink! However, I didn't try any other locations at that time, so it may have been brand wide for all I know. Mostrecently, me and my husband have been getting the Carmel Brulé Latte and Carmel Crunch Frappuccino. They're just not up to parcompared to the locations around Union High School and others I've been to. They don't fill up the drinks (mostly the toppings)like other locations and they're super slow. On Thanksgiving the drive thru was really busy, but I had already been to alocation near downtown Tulsa at about 7 a.m. and the line was double wrapped around the building like a snake (I'm not kidding).In other words, the traffic wasn't comparable, but the downtown location knocked that line down in record time and the drinkswere on point. This location, however, took FOREVER and several people left the line. Once we got to the window, we were notgreeted, but once the girl finally acknowledged us she at least put on her customer service smile and voice, so they got somepoints back.
