My last experience at this Bueno years ago was terrible, but I thought I'd give them another shot last night. The drive thru... line moved at a snail's pace, and when I finally got to order, the guy kept cutting me off. I repeated my order twice, and hewould just say "what else?" Never repeated my order back to me, which would've been helpful. Got up to the window and the guywas wearing a filthy shirt that showed his belly. Makes you wonder about the conditions your food is made in. Then he had mepull up to wait, which landed me next to the smelly dumpsters. When I got my food home, it was the wrong platter. For the sideof chips, there were 4 in the bag, and they were completely covered in salt. The taco shells were stale and the beef was cold.I will be going to the other Bueno on Elm and the BA from now on. Read more
For years, this has been the worst taco bueno of all time. Anyone who attempts to order food from this place should know that... this place gives the true Taco Bueno a horrible name . Each time I go here, we swear it?s the last time.. however months passand I get a wild hair and decide to try again.. thinking maybe they get new management or new owners.. and with each try thisplace gets worse and worse. It is evident now, due to the length of time this establishment has been in the slums, that thiscomes down to the owner. A good manager wouldn?t run a place this way, but an owner who cared wouldn?t keep management aroundwho allowed this type of environment. Guys- PSA, if this is how they treat the customers to their faces, what are they doing tothe food? I see health dept shutting this circus down soon either way. Read more
The boys running this location are super sweet, but the service is super slow so expect to wait. The dine in is usually closed. ... This particular visit I think the boy was doing everything by himself! Taking orders, preparing food, then delivering to window,but with a smile on his face and great attitude ???? PHOTO not loading correctly, the drink station was inaccessible unless you have very long arms. Food was average. Service not... friendly but not rude. The place needs some updating and at least cleaning but that doesn't mean leave the mop bucket right infront of the drink station. Ugh! Now I wonder how it looks in the kitchen area and will try another location. Read more
